From Guestbooks to Online Reviews, we have prepared a list of things brides often forget during or after their big day. Have a look at these crucial items while you plan your wedding and you might thank us later.
Guestbooks
This often turns out into a visit for the brides or someone from the family or friends to the nearest book shop. Make sure you don't forget guestbooks for your guests to leave you good wishes. Also, make sure you have pens alongside the guestbooks as well.
Marriage License
Marriage License is a much required document but brides often forget about it. Apply for your marriage license well in advance of your wedding date and check with jurisdiction what all documents will be required. Collect all the required documents so you can get your license as early and as easily as possible.
Vendor Meals
Sometimes the vendors that worked non-stop to make your big day a success are forgotten at the dining table. When you give the number of guests to your event caterer, make sure to include all your vendors like band members, planners, photographer and videographer. If you are not aware of the exact numbers, you make an estimate or better yet ask your vendors about the total number of people they will be sending in. You can
keep your guest list short if you think it is growing out of your budget.
Thank You Notes
This is one of things brides often forget after their wedding day. The Thank You notes to the guests should not be sent later than two months. Include all the important people in your life along with the guests to send the Thank You notes to. While this is to be done after your wedding, you should get the notes filled in before the wedding so you can quickly send them to your guests and maintain a sign of a good gesture.
Online Reviews
All your vendors will have an online presence and the services they provide in their future can be affected by your one review. Make sure to take out some time to write and honest review for your vendors. If something went wrong with a vendor, you can ask them for an explanation and a compensation and write details of what happened instead of bashing your vendor. Keep your review simple and to the point. If you loved their service, do not forget to suggest them for others.
